Absolutely! All our gaming PCs come pre-installed with your choice of either Windows 11 or Windows 10, which are activated and ready to use straight out of the box.

No need for additional installation or activation - simply plug in your PC and you're set to start gaming.

2. Shipping

We use AUSPOST, Startrack and TNT depending on location around AUS. Not only that! Your product comes with FULL insurance coverage of the amount. Meaning if something happens we're covered and so are you!


Absolutely you can! We tend to prefer it, this way we can discuss the applications and setup in person.

Our dispatch times are unbeatable but sometimes we're left up to the 'shipping gods'. Which might reflect a day lag from collection to dropoff.

When it comes to our timeframes, EVOLVE prioritizes the highest quality of testing and quality control above all else.

3. Payment Questions

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)and Paypal.

We offer a rather unique method here at Evolve. We do allow our customers to make a 50% deposit and 50% on collection should they require it. Or rather not pay up front in full.

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Warranty

We go that extra mile... when no one else does!

Should something go wrong? You won't go without your PC for weeks. We repair or replace ON THE SPOT where possible at the worst case supply the component within 2 working days for a fix to be supplied to our customer.

EVOLVE WARRANTS hardware product against defects in merchandise and workmanship for a period of 3 (THREE) Years from the Date of Original Retail Purchase


If something goes wrong outside of this period we will repair / replace the component at the wholesale COST as well as do the labour repair work for absolutely free.
