We start by fully disassembling your current build, inspecting every component while it's out, and cleaning out any dust build-up that's accumulated over time. Your motherboard, GPU, storage, PSU and cooling all get reseated and remounted into the new case with proper standoffs and clearances — no shortcuts that risk shorting a board or pinching a cable.
Because every case has different mounting points, radiator clearances and cable routing options, we treat each swap individually rather than following a one-size-fits-all checklist. If your new case needs extra fans, risers, or fittings to do the job properly, we'll flag that before starting — not after.

This service is popular with customers who want full control over their parts list (GPU, CPU, motherboard, cooling, case, all picked by you) but want the peace of mind of a professional build: correct torque on standoffs, properly seated RAM and GPU, clean cable runs, and a system that's actually been tested under load before you take it home — not just powered on once to see if it boots.
If a part arrives faulty or DOA, we'll flag it during assembly so you can action a warranty claim with the retailer straight away — we won't force a broken part to work. Note this service covers assembly and setup of parts you provide; it doesn't include sourcing or supplying components.

These are starting prices — final cost depends on parts needed or job complexity. You'll always get a quote before we proceed.
How long will it take?
Most repairs and swaps are done in 1–4 business days. We'll confirm a timeframe when you book.
Do I need to bring my whole PC?
Yes for repairs and case swaps. For BYO builds, bring your parts and we'll handle the rest.
Is there a warranty?
All labour is covered by warranty, and any parts we supply carry their standard manufacturer warranty.
Do you supply parts for BYO builds?
No — BYO builds cover professional assembly and setup of parts you already have. If you need parts sourced too, ask us about a full custom build instead.
Can I drop off outside opening hours?
Not currently — please drop in during listed hours, or contact us to arrange a time if that doesn't suit.
